Lesson 3 of the video course “1000 most common words in Dutch” deals with:
– the conjugation of the verb to be (zijn) in Dutch (ik ben, jij bent, hij is, wij zijn, zij zijn, jullie zijn, zij zijn)
– some important adjectives that describe personal characteristics
– the professions in Dutch
Nouns which are related to persons, such as professions, usually go with the article “de”.
